Every Update Breaks something new with ssl :/

This is really annoying…. Every update says it brings some ssl fix but breaks even more in the process…..
Since todays update SSL Connections are not working at all anymore for me….

Before it was only working for a single ssl connection.
Then the option to connect to untrusted certs did not work at all.

Now i cannot connect to any ssl server anymore receiving the following error:

(336085247) error:140840FF:SSL routines:SSL3_CONNECT:unknown state

Could you maybe bring someone onboard that can fix this SSL stuff once and for all?
And maybe a bit of testing and QA before you push updates?!
